mcgtomg.com converts between micrograms, milligrams and related dosing units. It collects almost nothing, and here is the detail.

In brief

Every conversion is worked out in your browser, on your device. The numbers you enter stay there, no account is needed, and nothing about your visit is retained once you leave. We do not want your health information and never ask for it.

What the server records

Just the standard request line any host writes: an IP address, the page and time, the browser's user-agent, and any referring link. It keeps the site running and helps catch abuse, it holds no name, and it clears within about a month.

Cookies and analytics

The converter needs no cookies, so you can block them and it still works. Anything set would only keep the page functioning. If we count visits, the tool reports totals rather than tracking anyone.

Ads

No third-party ads run here now. If we ever add them we will name the networks and link their policies first, since they could set their own cookies.

Your rights

Non-essential cookies are optional. Under rules such as the GDPR or CCPA you may ask what personal data we hold and have it removed; we keep no profiles, so there is usually nothing on file, but you can always ask.

Security

The site runs over HTTPS and stays patched. No site is flawless, but there is very little here to protect, because we gather so little.

Children

This is a general-audience tool, not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

Any update appears here with a new date, and a meaningful change we will state plainly.
